Creta Maris Resort - Hersonissos (Crete)

One of the best resorts I've ever visited. Starting with the extraordinary friendliness of the staff, through to the clean and top condition of the facility. The food was excellent - also for skeptics of Buffetts - and there are several a la carte restaurants in the complex which are part of the all inclusive program.

Very good food, barely 50 meters to the beach, large offer for children, beautiful rooms.

We spent a wonderful week with the whole family. The territory is very spacious and beautiful, numerous pools at different levels, plants everywhere. Nice beach. The whole concept and staff are very child-friendly. Food and drink for all-inclusive concept of very high quality.

- The reservation system for restaurants, “fully booked” one day in advance - there is never a free table. - There is no entertainment program on Sundays, some restaurants, fitness centers and playrooms for children are closed. - The organization in the sanatorium is catastrophic

Consider visiting the themed restaurants early to avoid long waits, especially during peak dining hours.

Very nice facility, very nice staff, very good food. We were there during the school holidays, so many children were among the guests. It is a very child-friendly hotel, if you want to spend a quiet vacation, this should definitely be taken into account.

As part of the "Eastern Offer" the Hotel is value for money ,has a private beach big outdoor pool and heating pool etc

In its normal rates it is definitely overpriced. Its rooms are quite aged. Main facilities and hotel personnel are very good, but I wouldn't consider it as a 5star hotel.

Unboxing my experience

Seven splendid nights unfolded with excellent facilities, really good staff, and great food. The newer a la carte restaurants by the beach were good, offering beautiful views and delectable dishes. Cleanliness was maintained, with lovely pools and a charming beach. This resort feels like a charming village, ensuring fun and safety for everyone.

It is good hotel but you must take a room in the main Building !!!

The room is air conditioned and brand-new with very new decor.

Lovely pool and great family activities, but the mini-golf could use improvement.

Everything was first-class, excellent location on the "hill ", the staff were amazingly attentive. The breakfast offered was savoury and inclusive with views of the mountains. Overall the service was very good.

The stay was a perfect family getaway with an amazing selection of restaurants and great pools. The water park kept the kids entertained, and the room was spacious and comfortable with a big balcony. The sunbed reservation policy was frustrating as it left us searching for loungers. We had a nice vacation with plenty of activities for the kids.

This place is a decent budget option in Hersonissos with good value. The staff helped me throw a surprise birthday party for my friend, made our stay special. Be ready for lower expectations regarding food quality.

The staff was kind and efficient, assisting with all my needs, including setting up presentation equipment. The dining options were varied, with the main restaurant serving high-quality meals, including excellent breakfast options. The resort's business facilities were great and very convenient.
